Sesame and Nigella Twisted Bread Rings

Soft yeasted dough is twisted into rope rings, brushed with egg and pressed into a thick coat of sesame and nigella seeds, then baked until shiny and deep golden. The seeds toast into a nutty crunch over a tender, milky crumb. Great for breakfast with white cheese, olives, tomatoes and tea.
