1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service form a binding agreement between you and BLACKROCK 52 LLC, the operator of Blackrock Recipes at https://blackrock52.com. They apply to everything on the site, including the free and premium recipe library, membership plans, the kitchen store, and the contact form. These terms are effective as of January 1, 2026.

By browsing the site, creating an account, buying a membership, or placing an order, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Disclaimer, and Refund Policy, which are part of this agreement. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. Anyone may read our free recipes without an account, but you need an account to subscribe to a membership, and your account page is where you view membership status and order history.

When you register, you agree to give an accurate email address and to keep it current. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. We store passwords only in hashed form, so we cannot tell you your password; if you forget it, use the forgot-password page to set a new one. Tell us promptly at info@blackrock52.com if you believe your account has been used without permission.

Accounts are personal. You may not share your sign-in details, sell or transfer your account, or create accounts using false information or automated means.

3. Free and premium recipes

Roughly half of the recipes on Blackrock Recipes are free for everyone. The rest are premium recipes, marked with a lock, and are available only to signed-in members with an active Monthly or Annual membership. We regularly add, update, retire, and occasionally reclassify recipes between free and premium, and we do not guarantee that any particular recipe will remain available or remain in the same category.

Recipes are provided for general informational purposes. Cooking results depend on ingredients, equipment, and technique, and our Disclaimer explains important limits regarding allergens, food safety, and nutrition information.

4. Membership plans and billing

We offer two membership plans. The Monthly plan costs USD 9.99 per month. The Annual plan costs USD 99.99 per year. Both plans provide access to all premium recipes for as long as the membership is active. Prices shown at checkout apply to your purchase, and any applicable taxes will be displayed before you pay.

Memberships renew automatically at the end of each paid period at the then-current price, using the payment method on file, until you cancel. If we change membership pricing, we will notify you by email before the change applies to your next renewal, giving you the opportunity to cancel first. If a renewal payment fails, premium access may be paused until payment is completed.

5. Cancellation and membership refunds

You may cancel a Monthly membership at any time. Cancellation stops future charges, and you keep premium access through the end of the month you have already paid for. We do not provide partial refunds for unused portions of a monthly period.

For an Annual membership, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the initial purchase or within 14 days of an annual renewal charge. A refunded Annual membership ends premium access immediately. After the 14-day window, annual charges are non-refundable, and access continues until the end of the paid year. 6. Store orders, pricing, and payment

The Blackrock Recipes store sells kitchen tools, cookware, bakeware, tableware, and pantry goods. We try to describe and photograph each product accurately, but colors may vary slightly by screen and natural materials such as wood and stoneware vary from piece to piece. We reserve the right to limit quantities, correct pricing or description errors, and refuse or cancel an order, in which case any payment taken for that order will be refunded in full.

Card payments are taken at checkout. We do not store full card numbers; we keep only the card brand and last four digits for order records. Checkout displays an estimated sales tax of 6 percent. Your order is accepted when we send an order confirmation, and the total on that confirmation is the amount charged.

7. Shipping, returns, and refunds for products

We ship only to addresses within the United States. Shipping is a flat 6.95 USD per order and free on orders of 75 USD or more. Orders typically ship within 2 business days and are typically delivered within 3 to 7 business days after shipment, although these are estimates and not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers the package to the address you provided.

Unused items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Opened pantry and food items are final sale unless they arrive damaged. Damaged or defective items reported within 7 days of delivery will be replaced or refunded. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after the returned item is inspected. Our Refund Policy governs all returns.

8. Intellectual property and permitted use

All recipes, text, photographs we own or license, page designs, logos, and other content on Blackrock Recipes are owned by BLACKROCK 52 LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Some photographs are provided through the Pexels image service and remain subject to their own license terms.

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view the site and to print or save individual recipes for your own household, non-commercial use. You may share links to our pages freely.

• Do not republish, sell, or distribute our recipes, text, or photographs, in whole or substantial part, on other websites, apps, printed collections, or courses.
• Do not share premium recipe content with people who are not members, or post it where non-members can access it.
• Do not remove copyright notices or present our content as your own.
• Do not use our content to train or build a competing recipe database or service without our written permission.

9. Acceptable use

You agree to use the site lawfully and in a way that does not harm Blackrock Recipes, our customers, or our systems.

• Do not scrape, crawl, or bulk download recipes or product data, or use automated tools to access premium content.
• Do not attempt to bypass the premium lock, membership checks, security tokens, or other access controls.
• Do not probe, scan, or test the site for vulnerabilities, or interfere with its operation, except through a coordinated disclosure you arrange with us at info@blackrock52.com.
• Do not place fraudulent orders, use payment methods you are not authorized to use, or abuse our return policy.
• Do not send spam, malicious code, or abusive, threatening, or unlawful messages through the contact form.

10. Messages and feedback

Messages you send through the contact form are stored so our team can respond. If you send us suggestions, recipe ideas, corrections, or other feedback, you agree that we may use that feedback to improve our recipes and services without any obligation to compensate you. Please do not send confidential information or original recipes you wish to keep exclusive.

11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site and its content are provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BLACKROCK 52 LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, except any warranties that cannot be excluded under applicable law or that come with a product from its manufacturer. We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BLACKROCK 52 LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the site, recipes, or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site or these terms will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose or 100 USD. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BLACKROCK 52 LLC and its staff from claims arising out of your violation of these terms or misuse of the site.

12. Termination, governing law, and contact

You may stop using the site and close your account at any time by contacting info@blackrock52.com. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms, including by sharing premium content, abusing refunds, or attempting to breach site security. If we close your account without cause, we will refund any unused portion of a prepaid membership.

These terms are governed by the laws of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Florida, USA, and you and BLACKROCK 52 LLC consent to their jurisdiction, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere. If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above shows the latest version, and we will email account holders about material changes before they take effect. Continued use after that date means you accept the updated terms.
