1. Who we are and what this policy covers

Blackrock Recipes is operated by BLACKROCK 52 LLC, located at 127 Isle Verde Way, Palm Beach Gardens, FL 33418, USA. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect when you use https://blackrock52.com, including our recipe library, membership plans, kitchen store, and contact form, and how we use, share, and protect that information.

This policy is effective as of January 1, 2026. By using the site you acknowledge the practices described here. If you do not agree with them, please do not create an account or place an order.

2. Information you give us

Most of what we hold comes directly from you when you choose to create an account, buy a membership, place an order, or send us a message. We ask only for what is needed to provide the service you requested.

• Account details: your name, email address, and a password, which we store only as a secure hash and never in readable form.
• Order details: shipping name, street address, city, state, ZIP code, phone number if provided, the items purchased, and order totals.
• Payment details: the card brand and the last four digits of the card used. We never store your full card number, expiration date, or security code.
• Membership details: which plan you chose, when it started, when the current paid period ends, and whether it has been cancelled or refunded.
• Messages: the name, email address, and message you submit through our contact form, plus any follow-up correspondence.

3. Information collected automatically

Like any website, our servers receive basic technical information when your browser requests a page, such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested, and the time of the request. Our web server records this in standard server logs, which we use to keep the site secure, investigate errors, and block abusive traffic. We do not use these logs to build profiles of individual visitors.

We do not run analytics software, advertising networks, tracking pixels, or fingerprinting scripts. We do not follow you across other websites, and no third-party advertiser receives information about what you read or buy on Blackrock Recipes.

4. Cookies and browser storage

We use one essential session cookie that keeps you signed in and holds security tokens that protect forms against forged requests. We also save two small entries in your browser's local storage: the contents of your shopping cart, and a note that you dismissed the cookie notice. Local storage stays on your device and is not sent to our servers automatically.

5. Images loaded from a third-party CDN

Recipe and product photographs on Blackrock Recipes are served from the Pexels image content delivery network. When your browser loads one of these images, it connects directly to that network, which receives your IP address, browser information, and the address of the image requested, just as with any image hosted on another server. That provider handles this information under its own privacy practices. We do not send it your account details, order history, or any other personal information.

6. How we use your information

We use personal information only for the purposes listed below. We do not use it for automated decision-making that has legal or similarly significant effects on you.

• To create and secure your account, sign you in, and let you reset a forgotten password.
• To activate your membership, unlock premium recipes, and show your membership status on your account page.
• To process payments, fulfill and ship store orders, handle returns, and issue refunds.
• To show your order history on your account page and help you with order questions.
• To reply to contact form messages and other requests you send us.
• To send service messages such as order confirmations, shipping updates, password reset links, and important changes to our policies.
• To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents, and to meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

7. How we share information

BLACKROCK 52 LLC does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only when needed to run the service, and only with parties bound to protect it.

Our card payment processor receives your payment details at checkout in order to authorize the charge. Shipping carriers receive your name, delivery address, and, where required, phone number so they can deliver your order. Our hosting and email service providers process data on our behalf to keep the site running and deliver messages. We may also disclose information when required by law, to respond to valid legal process, to protect the rights and safety of our customers or staff, or as part of a merger or sale of the business, in which case this policy would continue to apply to your information.

8. How long we keep information

We keep account and membership information for as long as your account is open. Order records, including the card brand and last four digits, are kept for as long as needed for tax, accounting, warranty, and fraud prevention purposes, which is generally up to seven years. Contact form messages are kept so our team can reply and refer back to earlier conversations, and are deleted when they are no longer needed. Server logs are kept for a short period, typically no more than 90 days, unless needed to investigate a security issue.

9. How we protect information

We use encrypted connections for the entire site, store passwords using a one-way hashing algorithm, limit staff access to personal information to those who need it for their work, and protect forms with security tokens. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password for your account and let us know right away if you suspect someone else has accessed it. If we become aware of a breach that affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by law.

10. Your choices and rights

You can review and update your account details at any time from your account page. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to request a copy of your personal information, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to certain uses. To make a request, email info@blackrock52.com from the address on your account. We will verify your identity before acting and respond within the time required by applicable law.

Deleting your account ends access to premium recipes and order history on the site. We may keep limited order records where the law requires us to.

11. Children

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account, purchase a membership, or place an order. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a younger person has created an account, contact us at info@blackrock52.com and we will delete it.

12. Changes and contact

We may update this policy when our practices change. The effective date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised, and we will notify account holders by email of any material change before it takes effect.
