Trio of Loaded Hot Dogs with Crispy Onions

One bun, three personalities. The first stars peppery radish slices and ketchup, the second gets a honey mustard drizzle with toasted sesame, and the third piles on pickles and garlicky mayo. Every one wears a crunchy crown of fried onions, making this a fun build-your-own dinner for friends.
