Ruby Iced Hibiscus Tea

Dried hibiscus flowers steep into a deep ruby tea that tastes tart and fruity, a little like cranberry, with a clean floral finish. A touch of honey and lime balances the sourness. Served over plenty of ice, it is caffeine-free, gorgeous in the glass and endlessly refreshing on a sunny terrace.
