Melted Cheese Garlic Baguette Halves
Split baguette pieces are slathered with roasted garlic butter, heaped with mozzarella and aged hard cheese, and baked until the top bubbles into a molten, lightly browned blanket. The crust stays crunchy beneath. Serve alongside pasta or a green salad, or set out as a snack with a glass of red wine.
