Glazed Brioche Cheeseburger Sliders
Small, thick beef patties get a hard sear and a slice of melting cheddar, then nestle into glossy sesame brioche buns with frilly lettuce and a pickle slice. Crispy seasoned potato wedges on the side make these sliders a game day favorite or a fun family dinner.

-
Heat the oven to 425 F. Toss the potato wedges with olive oil, garlic powder and salt and roast for 30 to 35 minutes, flipping once, until crisp and golden.
-
Divide the beef into 8 portions and gently form patties slightly wider than the buns. Season both sides well with salt and pepper.
-
Brush the cut sides of the buns with melted butter and toast in a skillet until golden, about 1 minute.
-
Sear the patties in a very hot skillet for 2 minutes until a deep crust forms, flip, add a cheese slice and cover for 1 to 2 minutes until the cheese drapes over the edges.
-
Stir together the ketchup and mayonnaise and spread it on the buns. Layer lettuce, pickle and patty, close with the tops and serve with the wedges.
