Rainbow Fruit and Granola Yogurt Parfaits

Crunchy honey granola, thick vanilla yogurt and a jumble of banana, blueberries, strawberries, orange and kiwi build tall, colorful layers in clear glasses. These parfaits work as a light dessert, a brunch centerpiece or an after-school treat, and they come together in minutes with no cooking at all.

Method 6 steps

  1. Stir the honey into the yogurt until smooth and evenly sweetened.

  2. Prepare all the fruit, keeping each type in its own bowl so the layers stay distinct.

  3. Spoon 2 tbsp granola into the bottom of each glass, then add a layer of orange, kiwi and strawberries.

  4. Add a generous spoonful of yogurt, then banana slices pressed against the glass so they show from the side.

  5. Repeat with more yogurt and a final layer of granola and blueberries on top.

  6. Serve right away on a platter with orange slices and extra berries, or chill up to 1 hour before topping with the granola.
