Frozen Strawberry Pineapple Slush
Icy, spoonable and brilliantly red, this slush blends frozen strawberries and pineapple with a squeeze of lime into a sweet-tart drink that cools you down instantly. Each glass gets a whole strawberry and a spiky pineapple leaf for a tropical look. Perfect for garden parties, pool days and kids who want something fancy.

Method 5 steps
-
Chill three tall glasses in the freezer for 10 minutes so the slush stays frosty.
-
Add the pineapple juice, lime juice and honey to the blender first, which helps the blades catch.
-
Add the frozen strawberries, frozen pineapple and ice, then pulse 5 or 6 times to break everything up.
-
Blend on high for 30 to 45 seconds, stopping to push the mixture down, until thick, smooth and slushy with no large ice chunks. Add a splash more juice only if the blender stalls.
-
Spoon into the chilled glasses, tuck a pineapple leaf into each, and perch a slit strawberry on the rim. Serve immediately with spoons or wide straws.
