Greek Easter Tsoureki with Red Eggs

Tsoureki is the fragrant braided Easter bread of Greece, perfumed with mahlepi and orange zest and baked until its crust turns a deep, shiny mahogany. The inside pulls apart in soft, stringy strands. Traditionally shared alongside red-dyed eggs, it makes a striking centerpiece for a spring holiday table.
