Rounded corners and softened edges make it comfortable to carry, and it looks handsome enough to set out with cheese and figs. The pale, even grain darkens slightly with oil and use. Wash with warm soapy water, never soak or put it in the dishwasher, stand it on edge to dry and oil monthly.
